The Step It Up Lounge is open for most OUTDOOR events. This is our version of a VIP area that includes bistro style seating, air conditioned bathrooms, and a private full bar with a wide array of beverage options. To gain access to the Step It Up Lounge, you must purchase a $30 wristband at the lounge entrance. Wristbands are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are valid for the duration of the event. We do not sell advance tickets to the Step It Up Lounge and recommend arriving early to procure your wristband.

Can I bring a camping chair or blanket?
This rule varies from show to show based on capacity. If chairs are allowed, we will indicate that on the event page.
What is your bag policy?
ALL guests are subject to being searched prior to entry. No large bags or backpacks allowed into the venue. For fastest entry, bring a small, clear bag for your personal belongings.
Can I save money on service fees if I purchase tickets at the box office?
Yes!
Can I leave and come back into the venue after my ticket has been scanned?
NO! There is no re-entry. No exceptions!
I can’t make it to the show. Can I give my ticket to a friend?
If you’d like to pass tickets on to someone else, please send us an email to info@salvagestation.com with that person’s name and CC that person as well (so that they can provide the email as proof of transference when they arrive at the box office). They must also bring the Ticketweb PDF* with the tickets (and/or the Ticketweb confirmation number*) and their own ID.

I can’t find my tickets! HELP!
If you can’t find your tickets, first, search your Inbox and SPAM for “ticketfFast” (Ticketweb’s email delivery service). If you still can’t find them, as long as you have your Ticketweb confirmation number* and your ID (if the tickets were purchased under your name) when you get to the box office, you’ll be good to go. If you can’t find your confirmation number, please send us an email at info@salvagestation.com.

What are your non-alcoholic beverage options?
We have the following NA options (subject to change seasonally): Heinekin 0.0, Shanti Elixirs Jun, Root Beer, Ginger Beer, Yerba Mate, and Fonta Flora Sparkling Water.
Do I have to print my tickets or can you scan them from my phone?
We can accept both! If you have a screen protector on your phone, it may be difficult for us to scan your ticket, so consider printing it out for faster service.
