- If you’ve purchased a ticket to a show that has been cancelled, you will automatically receive a refund on the card on which your ticket was purchased.
- If you’ve purchased a ticket to a show that has been rescheduled, you have 30 days to request a refund. Refund requests must go to email@example.com.
- Your tickets are valid for the rescheduled date and no action is necessary for those to be honored.
