About this event:

Asheville is filled with a plethora of incredibly talented female musicians and singers and we are excited to showcase many of them in honor of Women’s History Month at Salvage Station. Hosted by the WTF Funk Band, you can expect a night filled with lots of dancing and strong female energy. The WTF Funk band was formed at the inaugural WTF (Women to the Front) Music festival last year. Featuring April B from April B & the Cool on guitar, Rachel Waterhouse from Sister Ivy on keys, K McKinney & Aryan Graham from the Change on bass and drums, and acK-La Zuskins of Lavender Blue on guitar, they will act as the house band and will support many singers and other instrumentalists throughout the night. We have local favorites, Rebekah Todd and Abby Bryant joining us for the evening as well as Ashley Heath, Melissa McKinney, Linda Wolf, CaroMia Humphrey, and Kathryn O’Shea.
