The JLloyd Mashup will be performing LIVE on the Indoor Stage at Salvage Station on Saturday, August 10th, 2024 with Rebekah Todd & Friends! Doors open @ 7 PM and the music starts @ 8 PM. This is a General Admission show with FREE ON-SITE PARKING!

About The JLloyd MashUp:

The JLloyd MashUp explores different genres of music including Acid Jazz, Funk, Soul, Afro Beat, Reggae, Break Beat and Latin. Curated and led by Jonathan Lloyd (Dubconscious/Cadillac Jones/The Fritz/Dirty Logic), the band is made up of some of Asheville’s busiest and hardest working musicians on the scene. The group features special guests with different material every show.

For August 10th, North Carolina soulful songstress, Rebekah Todd will be performing with the Mashup. Fairly new to Asheville, she has already made a major impact on the local musical scene. Outside of Asheville, Rebekah has performed with many national acts including Andy Frasco, Michael Franti, Dopapod, Dumpstaphunk and a countless number of others!

JLloyd (Jonathan Lloyd) is a Trombonist, Singer, Percussionist and Drummer originally from Atlanta, GA. and now living in Asheville, NC since 2020. He was the original Trombonist for Atlanta’s own “Cadillac Jones” as well as a member of Athens, Ga’s “Dubconscious”. JLloyd was an Artist At Large at the Bear Creek Festival for many years as well as an additional AAL for Jam Cruise 18 & 20. He has performed and sat in with countless acts including The New Mastersounds, Snarky Puppy, Ghost Note, Dumpstaphunk, The Nth Power, Jenifer Hartswick Band, Lettuce, Galactic, Steel Pulse, Roosevelt Collier Band, Perpetual Groove, Ozomatli, Cut Chemist, Mike Dillon Band, and too many to list!

JLloyd leads a Monday night series in Asheville, NC with “The JLloyd MashUp” that features a core band along with special guests and different music every week at One World Brewing West that has been going on since November of 2021.

DAY OF SHOW INFORMATION:

PARKING: DO NOT park along the railroad tracks, bike lanes, or at other businesses along Riverside Drive! YOU WILL BE TOWED! FREE ON-SITE parking is available for this event. 

AGE LIMIT: 18+ ONLY!

REQUIRED: Shirts + shoes are required at all times while on property (this used to be a salvage yard and can be very dangerous for bare feet). 

FOOD/BEVERAGE: We will have Root Down Kitchen open with options for everyone, so come hungry! Please, no outside food, drinks are allowed into the venue. Multiple full bars will be open with an incredible selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. EMPTY water bottles are allowed in an effort to cut down on waste. Remember to reduce, reuse and recycle and LEAVE NO TRACE (aka- put your used items in the proper bins when done). 

BAG POLICY: ALL guests are subject to being searched prior to entry. No large bags or backpacks allowed into the venue. For fastest entry, bring a small, clear bag for your personal belongings. 

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE: 

-No Pets or Animals

-No camping chairs or blankets

-No firearms, knives, weapons, pepper spray, fireworks, or projectiles of any kind

-No drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind

-No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, drones, or lasers

-No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs) without proper credentials

-No inflatables

-No tents or easy-ups

-No frisbees, hula hoops, or balls
