Join us for the magic happening in Asheville, NC at Salvage Station on July 15th and 16th!

This is a family-friendly weekend that will include live music, urban foraging, yoga, movement, herbalism, mural art, a speaker series, local crafts & merchandise, a vintage clothing shop, boutique food & beverages, and a robust lineup of amazing musicians and educators.

Purchase full and partial passes now, all ticket tiers are available. Each day will have a distinct line up!

Featuring two distinct sets by Rising Appalachia, and performances by Valerie June, DirtWire, Starling Arrow, The Reminders with Aja Black, Branden J. Lewis of Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Sierra Hollister, Hawah Kasat and many more.

Day of Show Information:

Catalyst is finally here and we have some important information to share with you, so please keep reading and pass this along to any friends going to the show.

Saturday + Sunday Workshop + Concert Schedule:
-Salvage Station paid on-site parking lot opens at 10AM
-Salvage Station venue doors open at 11AM
-Workshops begin at 12PM
-Workshops end at 4PM
-Re-entry is allowed ONLY for workshop goers until 4:30PM
-Salvage Station venue doors reopen at 5PM for all concert goers
*Please note WORKSHOP GOERS: there is no re-entry after 4:30PM. This means that you may come and go as needed from 11AM-4:30PM. Once you return inside the venue after 4:30PM; there is no re-entry.

PARKING: DO NOT park along the railroad tracks, bike lanes, or at other businesses along Riverside Drive! YOU WILL BE TOWED! PAID on-site parking is first-come, first-served with a $10 cash; $12 credit card fee per car. Handicap on-site parking is available. As always, PLEASE carpool, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, or bike when you can to help make parking available for those who need it. Carpooling saves you money, saves our planet, and it’s more fun!

FREE PARKING (evening only): will be available with complimentary shuttle service from 4:30PM to 11:30PM every 20 minutes (or faster, if traffic is good to us) just down the street at the Asheville Visitor Center at 36 Montford Avenue and at Zen Tubing at 608 Riverside Drive.

OVERFLOW PARKING: Our neighbors on the other side of Southern States will be offering paid parking from 4:00PM to 11:30PM which is a short walk to Salvage Station along the railroad tracks. Please be safe walking to your car after dark and get a buddy to walk with you!

AGE LIMIT: Catalyst is all-ages with kids under 7 free. All minors must be accompanied by their guardian at ALL TIMES or their entire party will be asked to leave.

REQUIRED: Shirts + shoes are required at all times while on property (this used to be a salvage yard and can be very dangerous for bare feet).

FOOD/BEVERAGE: We will have several food trucks on-site with options for everyone, so come hungry! Please, no outside food, drinks are allowed into the venue. There will be multiple full bars open with an incredible selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, including jun, kombucha, filtered water stations, local/regional craft beers, mead and wine. EMPTY water bottles are allowed in an effort to cut down on waste. Remember to reduce, reuse and recycle and LEAVE NO TRACE (aka- put your used items in the proper bins when done).

BAG POLICY: ALL guests are subject to being searched prior to entry. No large bags over 6″x6″ are allowed into the venue. *If you must have a bag larger than 6″x6″ for medical reasons, it must be completely CLEAR. *For today only, if you need a diaper bag, and do not have a clear option, please bring a tote that is easy to search so our team can get you into the venue in a timely fashion.

Yoga mats, poster tubes, small blankets are all allowed ONLY for WORKSHOP ticket holders. Once the workshops conclude at 4PM, we will kindly ask you to clear your area and make room for all guests coming in. We are a standing room only, general admission venue for the evening portion of Catalyst. Please pack light and remember, you have a concert ahead!

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE:
-No Pets or Animals
-No camping chairs
-No firearms, knives, weapons, pepper spray, fireworks, or projectiles of any kind
-No drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind
-No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, drones, or lasers
-No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs) without proper credentials
-No inflatables
-No tents or easy-ups
-No frisbees, hula hoops, or balls

WEATHER: Please dress appropriately for the weather. SMALL handheld umbrellas are permitted and we recommend wearing layers. Be prepared and remember *WORKSHOP GOERS* there is no re-entry after 4:30PM. This means that you may come and go as needed from 11AM-4:30PM. Once you return inside the venue after 4:30PM; there is no re-entry.

Like to be pampered? Check out our NEW Step It Up Lounge next to the sound booth. This is a limited occupancy space for those who want to indulge in a private bar, brand new bathrooms, and bistro seating. This area is only available on a first-come, first-served basis and is $25 per person. Pay at the lounge host stand upon arrival. No reservations or pre-sales available at this time. About Sierra Hollister:

Sierra Hollister, is a beloved yoga teacher throughout the Appalachian Mountains, and widely considered to be a “teacher’s teacher.” Sierra is a featured teacher on the Yoga International platform, has appeared in Yoga Journal, is a lead teacher in Asheville for both 200 and 500 hour YTT certifications, and teaches at Warren Wilson College. Sierra is a mother, runner, yogini, and an engaged activist for social and environmental justice.

About Hawah Kasat:

Hawah Kasat is an artist, author, educator, community organizer, social entrepreneur, and yogi. He has dedicated his life to teaching about solutions to violence and ways to peace and has traveled to over 42 countries to speak with those interested in creating a caring, sustainable, and equitable world.
