Get your costumes ready to rock out the RIVER RATS HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST for a chance to win awesome prizes and bragging rights!  Full bar, amazing menu by Root Down Kitchen, and plenty of space to social distance in style with your pod of 6 or fewer friends.
