The Snozzberries are bringing their Psychedelic Circus to the Indoor Stage at Salvage Station on Friday, November 29th, 2024 with special guests Mike Dillon & Punkadelic & Magenta Sunshine! Doors open @ 7 PM and the music starts @ 8 PM. This is a General Admission show with FREE ON-SITE PARKING!

Root Down will be serving their delicious twist on Southern Soul Food PLUS we will have our FULL bar open for you to enjoy!

About The Snozzberries:

Combining hi-energy psychedelia, progressive rock, and deep-fried funk, The Snozzberries deliver a powerhouse, genre-bending sonic journey.

Most recently, The Snozzberries have been laser-focused on their new self-titled album to be released Oct 2024.  The Snozzberries  is an emotional cosmic journey, channeling dark psych rock, thrash metal, funk and soul to weave a tapestry of love, loss and redemption.  This progressive yet cohesive release encapsulates the new era of the Snozz.

The Snozzberries thrive as a live ensemble, and have wowed audiences at festivals including Hulaween, Summer Camp, Resonance, Sweetwater 420 Fest, Warren Haynes Xmas Jam By Day and more. They have shared the stage with bands such as Papadosio, Here Come The Mummies, and Big Something and have played official afterparties for Umphrey’s McGee, The Disco Biscuits and Lotus.

About Mike Dillon & Punkadelic:

How many artists can claim being praised a “punk rock provocateur,” “jazz vibraphone visionary” and “percussion virtuoso” in the same sentence? There’s only one: Mike Dillon. Whether through his affiliation with artists like Les Claypool, Brave Combo and Ani DiFranco, collaborations such as Garage A Trois, The Dead Kenny Gs and Critters Buggin or bands he’s fronted, including Billy Goat and Hairy Apes BMX, the Texas-native has set his own standard for 25 years now.

Pulling from an arsenal of musicians Dillon has played with and known over the years, he will be touring with some of the “baddest” musicians on the planet including Claude Coleman Jr. (Ween), Norwood Fisher (Fishbone), Doug Belote (Ernie K. Doe), Andre Chomondeley (Project Object), James SIngleton (James Booker) , Patrick McDevitt (Band Of Outsiders), Johnny Vidacovich (Professor Longhair), JJ Jungle (The Coup), David Butler (American Babies), Brad Houser (Critters Buggin), Robb Kidd (Papa Mali), and many more.

About Magenta Sunshine:

Magenta Sunshine is a horn-driven, roots fusion band emerging from the vibrant music scene of Asheville, North Carolina. This sextet has gained a reputation for blistering live performances that blend through-composed arrangements with psychedelic improvisation. Incorporating elements of divergent musical styles into well-crafted songwriting and passionate lyricism, Magenta Sunshine delivers a genre-defiant array of energized, elegant, and complex writing/arrangements. In April 2024 the band released their new full-length album. Entitled, “Serendipity”, it was recorded and mixed by Keenan McRae (Donald Harrison, HER) at ArtisSound Studio in New Orleans.

Day of Show Information:

PARKING: DO NOT park along the railroad tracks, bike lanes, or at other businesses along Riverside Drive! YOU WILL BE TOWED! FREE ON-SITE parking is available for this event. 

AGE LIMIT: 18+ only (no exceptions!)

REQUIRED: Shirts + shoes are required at all times while on property (this used to be a salvage yard and can be very dangerous for bare feet). 

FOOD/BEVERAGE: We will have Root Down Kitchen open with options for everyone, so come hungry! Please, no outside food, drinks are allowed into the venue. Multiple full bars will be open with an incredible selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. EMPTY water bottles are allowed in an effort to cut down on waste. Remember to reduce, reuse and recycle and LEAVE NO TRACE (aka- put your used items in the proper bins when done). 

BAG POLICY: ALL guests are subject to being searched prior to entry. No large bags or backpacks allowed into the venue. For fastest entry, bring a small, clear bag for your personal belongings. 

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE: 

-No Pets or Animals

-No camping chairs or blankets

-No firearms, knives, weapons, pepper spray, fireworks, or projectiles of any kind

-No drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind

-No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, drones, or lasers

-No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs) without proper credentials

-No inflatables

-No tents or easy-ups

-No frisbees, hula hoops, or balls
